Inquiry
First up, we kick things off with a fun client questionnaire to scoop up all the juicy details about your project needs, design dreams, and how you picture your perfect space.
Prep
After an inquiry, we need you to gather the initial measurements and photographs of your space, we may request any additional information necessary to enhance the design process.
The Magic Begins
Next, we embark on your bespoke journey, where we whip up space plans, design and colour concepts, and a selection of furniture and finishes that perfectly match the unique vibe and practical needs of your space, Think of it as piecing together a beautiful puzzle - Just for you.
The Grande Finale
And just like that, we bundle up all our amazing design ideas, tools and tips into a comprehensive E-Design plan that transforms into your personal HH pack to bring our vision to life. And to make sure you feel confident every step of the way, two revisions are included on request providing an alternative view on your design.
Q&As
How does e-design work without seeing the space personally?Technology is transforming businesses, including interior design, allowing us to connect with with you globally. Firstly, you will complete a questionnaire sent to you via email, for you to fill out and provide good quality photos and measurements of your space. This form and phots help us understand your needs and style. After reviewing the information, we schedule a 20-minute Zoom call to dicuss further and offer a chance to meet one another. We then create your design, this is followed by another 20-minute Zoom to review the plan and answer any of your questions.
How long does the E-Design service take?
Once you have completed our onboarding process with and all of the necessary information such as our “New client form”, payment, room specifications and photos of your spave has been submitted, we will schedule a 20 min Zoom consultation with you to find out more about your project*. After our consultation, we will begin working our magic on your design. You should expect to receive your personal HH pack containing all of the digital content within 1-3 weeks (depending on service)
My space is an open floor plan with two or rooms combined, how many room packages do I need?
With open planned spaces, it’s essential for us to know how these spaces are or will be used as a whole. Although the space may feel as one, its requirements need to be condidered. For example an open plan living room and dining room offer two different purposes so would need to be designed separately but cohesively - so two spaces would be charged.
Will you make any revisions to my Client pack if I don’t like something you’ve selected?
All tailored packs at HH come with 2 revisions as standard. if someone is not quite up to your standards then please let us know.
Can I purchase an Package service as a gift?
Yes, just type “Gift” in the first submission form and we will ensure to send you a gifting receipt email to be used once.
* If you miss a scheduled zoom, or fail to give us a 24-hour notice to cancel, then your call will no longer take place. Additional zoom consultations can be booked at an additional fee. We do not offer refunds if the entire time is not used.
